- Change of mind is not entitled to return and exchange of the item.
- If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well.
- Items must be return and exchanged within (7) days from date of purchase and please ensure that the item/s are in good condition.
- Original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase at our physical store near you, once return and exchange is approved.
- If there is no availability item/s to replace, options will be refund or we will suggest a similar item/s as replacement and send you an email for your approval.
- Return and exchange will not be accepted on any items returned without original tags in place that appears to have been used, washed, stained, or that have been damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
- Customer will be accountable for the shipping cost of the package if the customer purchased the wrong item, size and style.
